H2Scan - Offers a solution to the many issues related with hydrogen sensing technologies and their limitations.

H2scan offers a solution to the many issues related with hydrogen sensing technologies and their limitations. Whatever your need, H2scan’s hydrogen specific sensing systems are uniquely able to detect hydrogen against virtually any background gases without false readings or expensive support equipment required. State-of-the-art leak detection, process gas monitoring, or both! This solid-state technology developed at the U.S Department of Energy Sandia National Laboratory - and now commercialized for the first time by H2scan - is able to detect hydrogen in air down to 15 ppm concentration over a wide range of temperatures without cross-sensitivities to other substances.

 H2Scan Hy-Optima 2700 Process Hydrogen Analyzer

 HY-OPTIMA™ 2700 Process Hydrogen Analyzer

The HY-OPTIMA™ 2700 real-time hydrogen-specific process analyzers are designed for ease of use, interface flexibility and true process control. The HY-OPTIMA™ 2700 uses a solid-state sensor that is configured to operate in process gas streams. The 2700 line of analyzers includes models that can tolerate levels of carbon monoxide (CO) up to 20% by volume and levels of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) of up to 10% by volume. The HY-OPTIMA™ 2700 is ideal for hydrogen production and petrochemical applications where real-time measurements can enhance process plant efficiencies, diagnostics and maintenance management.
