ETA Process Instrumentation is an independent Sales Agency providing technical sales and service to the process control, pollution control, quality control, environmental control, industrial hygiene/safety, HVAC, and OEM markets; primarily in the product area of analytical instrumentation, related components, systems and environmental chambers - since 1971.

In the pursuit of its successful sales record, ETA Process Instrumentation has established a reputation among its' customers for responsive, professional and reliable sales and service activities. With over half our principal relationships extending for more than 10 years, we have been able to establish stable, long term, mutually successful relationships with both our customers and our principals.

ETA Process Instrumentation, originally ETA Associates, with a field sales force and office support personnel, services the six New England States (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine) and portions of New York State.

ETA's product lines include gas and liquid analyzers, gas and liquid flowmeters, toxic gas analyzers/alarm systems, ambient air and water quality monitors, OEM instrument components and environmentally controlled chambers. With this product line of specialty analytical instrumentation and related components as well as environmental chambers, our marketplace concentration includes: manufacturing organizations, power utilities, consulting and engineering firms, government agencies, municipal and private water utilities, universities, R & D facilities, hospital and related medical facilities.

ETA Associates acquired Process Instrumentation Inc as of September 1, 2011 and became ETA Process Instrumentation. It is an operating division of Safety Inc. of Peabody MA., New England's only full line distributor of both personal protective equipment (ppe) and instrumentation.
