Continuous, point, sonic and tilt level measurement controllers. Increase process efficiency, run a safer system, produce higher quality products and improve your bottom line.

Thermo LevelPro Integrated Continuous Gamma Level System

LevelPRO Integrated Continuous Gamma Level System                                      Download printable brochure.

Thermo Scientific* LevelPRO continuous gamma level system offers menu-driven setup, a scintillation detector, and an integrated transmitter/detector design.

This precise non-contacting system ensures reliable monitoring of the level of liquids, solids, foams and vapors in many different sizes and shapes of vessels. Both Foundation Fieldbus and HART protocols are available for optimal integration with existing plant networks.

Design:
  • Non-contacting design makes the LevelPRO ideal for abrasive, corrosive, high pressure and high temperature applications
  • Integrated transmitter/detector reduces installation and wiring costs
  • Unique gamma transmission technology is unaffected by process variables such as pressure, temperature, viscosity or density
  • Scintillation detector sensitivity provides high accuracy with small sources sizes
  • Typical LevelPRO repeatability is 0.5% of the detector span
  • Input for gas/vapor density or buildup compensation
  • Easy to set up using "plain English" menu system
  • Outputs include level, volume and rate in any user-selected units
  • Hart Smart communications available
  • CSA-US;ATEX Pending

Certifications: CE marked

Recommended for:
  • Fractionation tower tray levels
  • All non-intrusive, challenging level measurements
