SO3 Removal System
The Perma Pure Baldwin-Series Aerosol removal system is specifically designed for gas sample applications with relatively high SO3 content (>10ppm). The SO3 aerosol removal series has special timing circuits that alternate freeze and thaw the precisely packed heat exchangers. Before an active heat exchanger thaws, the alternate active heat exchanger reaches the -7C set point to ensure uninterrupted operation and no SO3 slippage. This sub zero temperature forms
a thin ice layer that captures and removes SO3 aerosol from the sample stream. Download brochure.

SDS-Supplemental Drying System "Cooler Booster"
Filters, Scrubbers & More SDS™-Series drying systems provide a boost to an existing gas sample
conditioning system. The SDS will reduce the dew point of the sample from +4°C down to below –15°C, reducing the total moisture content by an additional 80%. Lowering the gas sample dew point is essential in order to eliminate the formation of acid mists. Rather than replace an existing cooler with a “super” cooler, the SDS is a cost effective way of extending the life and improving the performance of your existing sample conditioning
system.The SDS can process one stream of up to 10 lpm, or two streams of up to 5 lpm each. Download brochure.
