Ammonia Scrubber
AS™-Series ammonia scrubbers remove ammonia from a gas stream to protect analyzers and sample lines from clog-ging due to the formation of ammonium salts. The proprietary scrubber media has been formulated for continuous opera-tion. Its life expectancy is dependent upon the sample flow rate and ammonia concentration in the gas stream. It is very selective in its reactions with the gas, removing only ammonia. It is also a very safe, stable chemical to handle

Filters, Particulate & Coalescing
FF-Series filters from Perma Pure are high efficiency particulate and coalescing filters designed for high temperature corrosive service. Used as a coalescer, this filter removes liquid droplets and particles down to 0.1 micron with an efficiency of 95% or greater. The thick, high capacity borosilicate glass and Teflon filter element uniformly drains coalesced liquids to the bottom of the housing, where they are evacuated through the 1/8" NPT drain port. For
particulates, the filter removes 95% of all particles 0.1 micron or greater, with a low pressure drop and long element life. Download brochure.

FB-Series bypass filters are inertial separation filters for high particulate load applications. Used upstream of fine particulate filters, FB filters greatly increase the life and performance of particulate and coalescing filters. Perma Pure Baldwin™-Series Flow Control Drawers provides an easy and compact solution for the control of sample and calibration gases. The Model 3300 is a 19" rack mountable integrated gas flow control system for monitoring and controlling gases.
Principle of Operation: Sample gas is extracted from the process through a filter probe and conditioning system to remove particulate and moisture. The conditioning system supplies a clean, dry sample to the back panel of the Model 3300 Flow Control Drawer. The stack probe filter and sample pump performance are indicated by the flow control drawer vacuum/pressure gauges.
